Most of us are not in control of our mind, our mind's are in control of us :) if you want to test that, Close your eyes, Sit down in one position and do not move a hand, muscle and concentrate on your breath, and think about nothing, when ever the thought goes somewhere, bring it back to your breath. If you can do this for 15 mins, I congratulate you, You have some control of your self, Increase this to 1 Hour, and your life will start changing. Rehan Allahwala
